How to get to Kenton School

By car from the A1:

To the north of Newcastle, take the sliproad for A167.
At the roundabout take the A167 exit and follow for around 400 yards.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Kenton Lane.
At the second set of traffic lights, turn left onto Drayton Road and take the first left into the School.

Car parking arrangements

The visitors’ car park is accessible via Drayton Road (our original entrance). Drive through the main gates and take the slip-road on the left-hand side up into the main car park.

There is a further overflow parking area, accessible via gates at the rear (right-hand side) of the main level. To access the new school, walk along the pathway which runs between the buildings of the old school and this will take you directly to the main reception.

By bus:

You can take the No. 10 or 11 bus to Halewood Avenue or Kenton Lane which is a two minute walk to the School.

The closest Metro Station to Kenton School is Fawdon, a walking distance of just over a mile.
