We pride ourselves in offering our students a broad and balanced curriculum with our Technology Team delivering Design and Technology, Engineering, Engineering Design, Motor Vehicles, Hospitality and Catering and Food and Cookery Skills.
We are seeking a talented and inspiring specialist to join our team teaching Design and Technology across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. If you are the person we are looking for, your excellent subject knowledge and practical skills will be underpinned by a passion for teaching and the ability to apply a range of teaching and learning strategies. You will possess the ability to work effectively with all students, engaging them through exciting, yet challenging, lessons and embedding a culture of positive behaviour for learning.
You will possess a flexible approach taking an active part in school life, such as attending parent evenings and open evenings. You will also be proactive in responding to the changes to practical subjects that are required due to Covid-19. And, most importantly, you will be committed to our school ethos of ‘all different, all equal,’ instilling high expectations in all our students.
